Qualification Certification Training
FedEx Ground developed the Qualification Certification Training, also known as Qual Cert, to standardize P&D training throughout the network by requiring all drivers to complete this training regardless of their experience. Meaning prospective employees no longer need existing driving experience to be hired. Our Certified Trainer (CT) is accredited through Kelly Anderson Group’s Impact Solutions. Our company is a Gold Tier contractor.
We’ve been certifying drivers for 4.5 years.

We use a hands-on approach while creating a welcoming environment to assist in introducing new hires to the industry.
To train and certify your drivers, we charge a $500 base fee plus an additional $250 fee per driver.
What to expect
Qual Cert is typically a 1-5 day training, depending on the experience level and how many drivers you need to certify.
